Libya is in the news and Sinai will be there.
After services, we will devote our evening to the experience of Libya’s Jewish community. The film to be shown traces the story of one Jewish family from the Turkish Ottoman Empire through to Mussolini, Hitler, and the rise of Arab Nationalism. Archival footage and in-person interviews give this film great strength and feeling.

Dinner will be catered by AMANOUZ CAFÉ of Northampton.
